Flank Steak Ingredients: Grassfed Flank Steak L, olive oil, chili powder, onion powder, fresh-squeezed lime juice & salt.
Chimichurri Ingredients: Cilantro OL, parsley OL, onion O, garlic, italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar O, s&p.
Grilling Instructions: Heat a grill to medium-high. Remove beef from bag, pat dry with paper towels, then grill until you've reached desired temperature, turning halfway through. Transfer to a plate, rest 10 minutes and slice thinly across the grain. Serve w/chimichurri and a green salad.
Rare = 120-125F. Medium Rare = 130-135. Medium = 140-145. Medium Well = 150-155. Well Done = 160.
