    Fire up the grill and enjoy this flavorful marinated Beef Flank Steak at home with delicious, herb-filled Chimichurri Sauce. We marinate steak pieces before vacuum sealing and delivering it to you for your own cookout. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share. 24oz flank steak and 1 cup of chimichurri feeds 4-6 when served with a side.

    • Size: 24oz steak
    • 1 serving includes 24oz beef flank steak and 4oz Chimichurri
    • Steak is vacuum-sealed in plastic, and chimichurri is served in a compostable container

    • Flank Steak Ingredients: Flank Steak L, olive oil, chili powder, onion powder, lime juice & salt.
    • Chimichurri Ingredients: Cilantro OL, parsley OL, onion O, garlic, spices, olive oil, red wine vinegar, s&p.
    • Grilling Instructions: Heat a grill to medium-high. Remove beef from bag, pat dry with paper towels, then grill until you've reached desired temperature, turning halfway through. Transfer to a plate, rest 10 minutes and slice thinly across the grain. Serve w/chimichurri and a green salad.
    • Rare = 120-125F. Medium Rare = 130-135. Medium = 140-145. Medium Well = 150-155. Well Done = 160.
