Fire up the grill and enjoy these Pork Stuffed Portobellos at home! We stuff large portobello mushrooms with a mixture of pork and herbs before vacuum sealing and delivering to you for your own cookout. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share.
- Size: 2 portobellos

- Ingredients: Ameltheia ground pork OL, portobello mushroom O, fennel seed, parsley O, garlic, olive oil, s&p.
- Cooking Instructions: Prepare a grill; the heat should be medium-high and the rack about 4 inches from the heat. Grill the burgers, meat side down, until the pork is well browned, 4 to 6 minutes. Flip and cook until the top side of the mushrooms are browned and the mushrooms are tender, another 6 to 8 minutes. Can also use a skillet or broiler in your oven. If you like, use an instant-read thermometer to check the interior temperature of the pork, which should be a minimum of 145 degrees.
- Serve the burgers on buns with any fixings you like. These burgers are also delicious served aside grilled veggies or sweet potato wedges.
