We marinate organic, bone-in pork chops in a delicious sauce that includes soy-free hoisin, honey, sesame oil, chili oil, shallots, ginger and more, before vacuum sealing and delivering to you for your own cookout! At home, simply use the included instructions to grill the pork, and serve w/included peanuts and sesame seeds. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share.

- Pork Ingredients: Amaltheia pork chops OL, garlic, shallots, ginger, coconut aminos, sesame oil, red wine vinegar, chili oil (olive oil, red pepper flakes, onion, garlic), Coconut Secret Hoisin Sauce (Chickpea Miso (rice koji, chickpeas, sea salt), Coconut Nectar, Coconut Crystals, Mirin (rice, distilled rice wine, water, rice koji, sea salt), Himalayan Salt, Coconut Vinegar, Garlic, Toasted Sesame Oil, Ginger, Chili Powder, Star Anise), fish sauce, honey L, peanuts O, cilantro, green onion OL, sesame seeds, s&p.
- Cooking Instructions: Heat charcoal or gas grill, keeping one burner on high and additional on medium, adjusting as necessary. Brush and oil the grill grate. Grill the pork chops, allowing some but not all of the marinade to drip off first, until sizzling and browned on the outside and cooked to taste. Work mostly over the medium fire, moving chops to the hot side at the end to sear the crust. Cook to at least medium-rare (145F), 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the chops to a platter and rest a couple of minutes before serving. Top w/peanuts, sesame seeds and fresh herbs.
