    Grill at Home - Thai Pork Satay w/Cucumber Salad & Peanut Sauce - Serves 4-6

    Fire up the grill and enjoy this Thai Pork Satay with peanut sauce and cucumber salad. We marinate thinly sliced, organically raised pork shoulder in a delicious paste of shallots, lemongrass, toasted spices, lime juice, coconut milk and more before vacuum sealing and delivering to you for your own cookout! At home, simply use the included skewers to grill the pork, and serve with included cucumber salad and peanut dipping sauce.  Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share. 

    • Size: 1 serving feeds 4-6 people
    • 1 serving includes 24oz raw* pork shoulder (vacuum-sealed), 1 quart Cucumber Salad (in glass), 1 cup of Peanut Dipping Sauce (in glass) and skewers.

    • Pork Ingredients: Pork shoulder OL, shallot, garlic, ginger O, lemongrass paste, cumin seed, coriander seed, turmeric, cayenne, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), lime juice, coconut aminos O, brown sugar O and Thai Kitchen coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum).
    • Cucumber Salad Ingredients: Cucumber OL, serrano chilies, shallot, lime juice, sugar O and salt.
    • Dipping Sauce Ingredients: Peanuts O, garlic, coconut aminos O, sesame oil O, brown sugar O, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), lime juice, cayenne and Thai Kitchen coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum).
    • Cooking Instructions:  Soak skewers in water before using. Thread 2-3 slices of pork onto each skewer, keeping the meat as flat as possible. Grill over hot coals, under the broiler or on a stovetop grill pan for 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through and lightly browned.  Serve with cucumber salad and peanut sauce. Optional: Also serve w/rice and top w/cilantro and basil.
