Grill at Home - Thai Pork Satay w/Cucumber Salad & Peanut Sauce - Serves 4-6
Fire up the grill and enjoy this Thai Pork Satay with sides. We marinate thinly sliced MT pork shoulder in a delicious paste of shallots, lemongrass, toasted spices, lime juice, coconut milk and more before vacuum sealing and delivering to you for your own cookout! At home, simply use the included skewers to grill the pork, and serve w/included cucumber salad and peanut dipping sauce. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share.

1 serving includes 24oz raw* pork shoulder (vacuum-sealed), 1 pint Cucumber Salad (in glass), 1 cup of Peanut Dipping Sauce (in glass) and skewers.

Pork Ingredients: Pork shoulder L, shallot, garlic, ginger, lemongrass paste, cumin seed, coriander seed, turmeric, cayenne, fish sauce, lime juice, coconut aminos, brown sugar and coconut milk.
Dipping Sauce Ingredients: Peanuts O, garlic, coconut aminos, sesame oil, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, cayenne and coconut milk.
Cooking Instructions: Soak skewers in water before using. Thread 2-3 slices of pork onto each skewer, keeping the meat as flat as possible. Grill over hot coals, under the broiler or on a stovetop grill pan for 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through and lightly browned. Serve with cucumber salad and peanut sauce. Option: Also serve w/rice and top w/cilantro and basil.
