This curry is hearty and full of flavor. Grassfed Beef and winter squash are cooked in coconut milk, curry paste, spices, cashew butter, kaffir lime and fresh herbs. This is a hearty 1 pint serving of curry without broth, not a 1-quart soup.
  • 1 pint, 1 quart; 1 pint includes 6oz grassfed beef and 2 Tbsp of cashews; packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: Muddy Creek Ranch Grassfed Beef, winter squash OL, onion O, coconut milk O, fish sauce, cashew butter, Mae Ploy Massaman Curry Paste (dried red chile, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galanga, shrimp paste, coriander seed, cumin, star anise, cardamon, cinnamon), olive oil, coconut oil, spices, basil O, mint O, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve w/white or brown rice. Top with cashews. 
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
