These organic bell peppers are stuffed with a mix of quinoa, veggies, and spices. One serving includes 1 large bell pepper (halved) with more than a cup of filling. It is a meal on its own or can be split into 2 when served with a salad or other side.
  • 1 serving includes 1 pepper, halved; packaged in a compostable container.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Bell pepper O, spinach O, mushrooms, quinoa, onion O, garlic, veggie stock, golden raisins, coconut oil, spices, herbs, s&p., 
  • To serve: Preheat oven to 350. Leave peppers in compostable container or place on baking sheet in oven for about 15 minutes, until heated through. Compostable container is oven-safe to 450 degrees. 
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
