- Ingredients: Bell pepper, spinach O, mushrooms O, quinoa O, onion O, garlic, veggie stock, golden raisins, coconut oil, spices, herbs, s&p.
- To serve: Preheat oven to 350. Leave peppers in compostable container or place on baking sheet in oven for about 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Compostable container is oven-safe to 450 degrees. Top w/feta cheese (sold separately).
- Enjoy within 5 days.
