    Moroccan Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers

    These colorful bell peppers are stuffed with a mix of quinoa, veggies, and spices. One serving includes 1 large bell pepper (halved) with more than a cup of filling. It is a meal on its own or can be split into 2 when served with a salad or other side.
    • Size options: 1 pepper (2 halves) or 2 peppers (4 halves)
    • Packaged in a compostable container
    • GF, DF, SF
    • Ingredients: Bell pepper, spinach O, mushrooms O, quinoa O, onion O, garlic, veggie stock, golden raisins, coconut oil, spices, herbs, s&p.
    • To serve: Preheat oven to 350. Leave peppers in compostable container or place on baking sheet in oven for about 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Compostable container is oven-safe to 450 degrees. Top w/feta cheese (sold separately).
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
