These colorful bell peppers are stuffed with a mix of quinoa, veggies, and spices. One serving includes 1 large bell pepper (halved) with more than a cup of filling. It is a meal on its own or can be split into 2 when served with a salad or other side.
Ingredients: Bell pepper, baby spinach OL, mushrooms O, quinoa O, onion O, garlic, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), golden raisins, coconut oil, ginger O, cinnamon, turmeric, s&p.
To serve: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid from compostable container. Warm in oven at 350F for about 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Compostable container is oven-safe to 450F. Top w/feta cheese, if desired (sold separately).
