This breakfast frittata is a delicious option for your busy morning (or afternoon)!  It is full of locally grown spinach, mushrooms and Amaltheia organic feta cheese, and can be warmed in the oven or microwave.

  • 1 serving includes 2 large slices (4 eggs total); packaged in a compostable container.
  • GF, SF 
  • Ingredients: Eggs L, mushrooms, spinach OL, sun-dried tomates, Amaltheia goat cheese OL, parsley, Kalispell Creamery milk, s&p.
  • To serve: Heat in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. 
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
