These crispy veggie-filled quinoa cakes can be served on their own, on a bed of greens or in a wrap. Sweet potatoes, kale, sun-dried tomatoes, oats, seeds and more make these dense patties nutritious and flavorful. Serve with Farmented salsa, hummus, guacamole or as is. One serving includes 6 quinoa patties.

  • 1 serving includes 6 quinoa patties; packaged in a compostable container.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients:  Quinoa, flax seed, kale O, oats L, sweet potato O, sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, basil O, onion, garlic, tahini, herbs, vinegar, GF flour, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm in oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes, or on the stovetop with a little oil, until heated through.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
