    Quinoa & Tahini Veggie Patties w/Maple-Lemon-Tahini Sauce


    These crispy veggie-filled quinoa cakes can be served on their own, on a bed of greens or in a wrap. Sweet potato, kale, sun-dried tomatoes, oats, sunflower seeds and tahini make these dense patties nutritious and flavorful. Serve with included lemon-tahini sauce.

    Size options: 6 patties, 12 patties

    6 patties include 2 oz sauce, and are a large serving for 1 or can be split into 2-3 smaller meals or sides.

    Packaged in a compostable container (oven safe to 450F).


    Ingredients:  Quinoa O, flaxseed, kale O, GF Prairie oats L, sweet potato O, sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, basil O, onion O, garlic, tahini O, fresh basil O, red wine vinegar, Bob's Red Mill GF Flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xantham gum), dried oregano, olive oil, s&p.

    To serve: Warm in the oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or on the stovetop with a little oil, until heated through.  Compostable container is oven safe to 450F. Serve on a bed of greens, in a wrap or on their own and top with included tahini sauce.
