These crispy veggie-filled quinoa cakes can be served on their own, on a bed of greens or in a wrap. Sweet potatoes, kale, sun-dried tomatoes, oats, seeds and more make these dense patties nutritious and flavorful. Serve with salsa, hummus, guacamole, or as is.

  • Size options: 6 patties, 12 patties
  • Packaged in a compostable container

  • Ingredients:  Quinoa, flaxseed, kale OL, oats L, sweet potato O, sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, basil O, onion O, garlic, tahini, herbs, vinegar, Bob's Red Mill GF Flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xantham gum), s&p.
  • To serve: Warm in the oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or on the stovetop with a little oil, until heated through.  Compostable container is oven safe to 450F.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
