    Salmon Cakes w/ Homemade Tartar Sauce

    These delicious salmon cakes can be served on their own or on a bed of simply dressed grains or greens. Served on their own, 3 cakes is a large serving. Served as part of a meal they could be split into a couple of servings.
    • Size options: 1 pint (3 patties), 1 quart (6 patties)
    • 3 cakes include 6 ounces of salmon and 2 oz tartar sauce
    • Packaged in glass and compostable containers
    • GF, DF, SF; tartar sauce contains raw egg in house-made mayo*
    • Salmon Cake Ingredients: Wild-caught Alaskan Pink Salmon, sweet potato O, egg L, almond flour, parsley OL, green onion OL, dill OL, paprika, olive oil, s&p.
    • Tartar Sauce Ingredients: Homemade mayonnaise (raw egg, dijon mustard O, lemon, apple cider vinegar O, olive oil), lemon juice, pickles, parsley OL, capers, green onion OL, s&p.
    • To serve: Preheat oven to 350 and warm on baking sheet until heated through. Or, warm on the stove in a little olive oil or butter until lightly browned and heated through. Top with tartar sauce. Serve w/greens or on their own.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
