This is a classic salmon salad with veggies and homemade olive oil mayonnaise. This salad can be enjoyed on its own or made into a larger meal (or two) with greens or as a sandwich.
- 1 cup, pint, quart; packaged in glass.
- GF, DF, SF, W30; contains raw egg in mayo.
- Ingredients: Wild Alaskan pink salmon, celery O, red onion O, dill OL, mayonnaise (eggs L, dijon mustard, lemon, apple cider vinegar O, olive oil), s&p.
- To serve: Enjoy this salmon salad by itself, on a bed of greens, wrapped in a lettuce or cabbage leaf, or on your favorite sandwich bread or wrap.
