    This MT-raised pork shoulder cooks overnight in a mix of apple, ginger, honey and warming spices such as cinnamon and clove. It is served with apple beet slaw and is a suitable serving for one. 
    • Size options: 1 cup, 1 pint, 1 quart
    • 1 serving includes 1 cup/6oz Amaltheia Pork and 1 cup slaw

    • Pork Ingredients: Pork shoulder L, apple O, onion O, ginger, garlic, honey L, veggie stock  (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), cumin, cinnamon, cloves, s&p.
    • Slaw Ingredients: Beets OL, apple, fennel, parsley OL, lemon juice, ginger, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve with rice or tortillas.
