This MT-raised pork shoulder cooks overnight in a mix of apple, ginger, honey and warming spices such as cinnamon and clove. It is served with apple beet slaw and is a suitable serving for one. 
  • 1 serving includes 1 cup/6oz Amaltheia Pork and 1 cup slaw; packaged in glass.

  • Pork Ingredients: Pork shoulder L, apple O, onion O, ginger, garlic, honey L, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves),  cumin, cinnamon, cloves, s&p.
  • Slaw Ingredients: Beets O, apple, fennel, parsley, lemon juice, ginger, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve with rice or tortillas.
