This organic pork shoulder cooks for several hours in a mix of MT apples, ginger, honey and warming spices such as cinnamon and clove. It is served with apple beet slaw and is a nice serving for one. 
  • 1 serving includes 6oz Amaltheia pork and 1 cup slaw; packaged in glass.

  • Pork Ingredients: Amaltheia pork shoulder OL,  apples L, onion O, ginger, garlic, honey L, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves),  cumin, cinnamon, cloves, s&p.
  • Slaw Ingredients: Beets OL, apple L, fennel, parsley, lemon juice, ginger, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve with rice or tortillas.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
