Thai Cabbage and Veggie Salad w/Cashews, Toasted Coconut and Lime & Herb Dressing
This is a delicious, veggie and herb-filled salad to be enjoyed on its own or paired with this week's Grill-at-Home Thai-marinated Pork Tenderloin. The salad is topped with toasted cashews, toasted coconuts, and a zesty, flavorful Thai dressing. One salad, topped with 8oz of pork tenderloin is a nice meal for two. You could order more or less pork depending on how meat-heavy you'd like it to be, or just enjoy the salad on its own.
