    Thai Cabbage and Veggie Salad w/Cashews, Toasted Coconut and Lime & Herb Dressing

    This is a delicious, veggie and herb-filled salad to be enjoyed on its own or paired with this week's Grill-at-Home Thai-marinated Pork Tenderloin. The salad is topped with toasted cashews, toasted coconuts, and a zesty, flavorful Thai dressing.  One salad, topped with 8oz of pork tenderloin is a nice meal for two. You could order more or less pork depending on how meat-heavy you'd like it to be, or just enjoy the salad on its own.
    • Size: 1 quart salad
    • 1 salad includes 1/2 cup dressing, 2 Tbs cashew and toasted coconut mix.
    • Packaged in glass
    • GF, DF, SF; NOT vegetarian (dressing includes fish sauce)
    • Salad Ingredients:  Napa cabbage O, cucumber OL, bell pepper O, cilantro OL, mint OL, basil OL, green onion OL, cashews and coconut flakes.
    • Dressing Ingredients:  Lime juice, lime zest, ginger, jalapeno, shallot, coconut aminos, fish sauce olive oil, cilantro OL, brown sugar, garlic, s&p.
    • To serve: Place greens and veggies onto serving dish, add almonds and dressing, and enjoy.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
