    Tomatillo-Cilantro Pulled Pork Shoulder

    Locally raised pork shoulder falls apart after being cooked overnight in a tomatillo-cilantro sauce. This pork goes well with rice or tortillas.
    • Size options:  1 pint, 1 quart
    • 1 pint serving includes 6oz pork in sauce
    • Packaged in glass

    • Ingredients: Amaltheia pork L, tomatillos, potatoes O, garlic, chiles, carrots O, onion O, olive oil, veggie stock  (onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), cilantro OL, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm gently on the stove until heated through. Serve w/rice or tortillas, and a green salad.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
