Locally raised pork shoulder falls apart after being cooked nearly 6 hours in a tomatillo-cilantro sauce. This pork goes well with rice or tortillas.

  • 1 pint serving includes 6oz pork in sauce; packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: Amaltheia pork L, tomatillos, potatoes O, garlic, chiles, carrots O, onion O, olive oil, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves), cilantro, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove until heated through.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
