    Veggie Red Curry Soup

    This hearty quart of soup is FULL of vegetables and flavor! Enjoy on its own or with rice. 1 quart serves 2-4. 
    • 1 quart; packaged in glass.
    • GF, DF, SF, includes shrimp in curry paste, a bit spicy!
    • Ingredients: Sweet potatoes O, carrots OL, kale OL, bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas O, mushrooms O, onion O, coconut milk, vegetable stock (onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste (dried red chili, garlic, lemongrass, salt, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel, pepper),  garlic, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, coconut oil, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm soup, serve with rice and top with cilantro and lime, if desired.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
