This rice noodle salad is full of flavor and plenty of fresh veggies and herbs. One serving includes a quart jar full of greens, carrots, cucumber and herbs, and a separate jars of rice noodles and dressing. It can easily be split into 2-4 salads. To really put this salad over the top, serve with beef grilled medium-rare. 
  • 1 quart salad includes 1 cup rice noodles and 1/2 cup dressing; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF, not vegetarian (fish sauce)
  • Ingredients: Rice noodles (rice flour, water), mixed lettuce OL, blanched carrot O, cucumber O, cilantro, mint O, basil O, green onion, rice vinegar O, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil O, olive oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, spices, s&p.
  • To serve: Add greens, veggies and rice noodles to a serving dish and top with dressing. This salad is best with all of the dressing provided. Serve with grilled beef, if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
