This rice noodle salad is full of flavor and plenty of fresh veggies and herbs. One serving includes a quart jar full of greens, carrots, cucumber and herbs, and separate jars of rice noodles and dressing. It can easily be split into 2-4 salads. To really put this salad over the top, enjoy with this week's grill-at-home beef sirloin, sold in 24oz servings (enough to top 4-6 salads)
- 1 quart salad includes 1 pint rice noodles and 1/2 cup dressing

Ingredients: Rice noodles (rice flour, water), mixed lettuce OL, blanched carrot OL, cucumber OL, cilantro OL, mint OL, basil OL, green onion OL, rice vinegar O, lime juice, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), sesame oil O, olive oil, ginger O, garlic, sugar O, spices, s&p.
- To serve: Add greens, veggies and rice noodles to a serving dish and top with dressing. This salad is best with all of the dressing provided. Serve with grilled beef, sliced thin, if desired. Beef sold separately this week as a grill-at-home option!
